As these physicians from Children’s Hospital finished their ride this past Monday, they were in high spirits and enjoying each other’s company.  As it should be, because they all have the same tough job.  They are all physicians in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Children’s.  Anna, who lives in Golden, hosted her coworkers to ride on her home turf and for some of them, it was their first ride up the mountain.  They all are training for the Courage Classic which benefits the hospital where they work.  It certainly was heartwarming to see these women-who do their best to to keep the young patients who come through their doors alive-having such a good time with one another.

Thank you all many times over for what you do.  Keep up the good work.
