Carter skateboards Lookout just about every board-able day. On this day that I was driving up to Buffalo Bill’s to meet Rick (last Friday- 12/24/21) he did not have transportation to the top of Lookout, so he put his thumb out and we enjoyed conversing about Lookout on the way up. Carter is a window washer by trade, but his passion is joining all of us to enjoy the descent down Lookout. He starts early to avoid the rush, so only the very early bird riders ever see him.
