Having had pneumonia three times in my life and being 73 years old, I am just glad to be out on the mountain. The times are not stellar, but I do my best to match my time to the power line that feeds the “M” with my time to the Buffalo Bill’s turn off. Consistency is the key- and not letting the pace lag in the last mile.
