Virtually no one on the road at 6AM. Most of the cars are parked in lots. The skateboarders start at sun up, so we only saw them descend once on our ride up. Some of them interact if you wave at them or if you stop to talk to them. Two boarders called the ambulance for Christie Hurst when she had an accident last year. Keep that in mind.
